By bus
Regular buses run frequently to Silverlink Shopping Park from Newcastle. The 22 route stops at the shopping park regularly.
By bike
The retail park is just a short diversion off the view over the harbour cycle loop from North Shields. The centre is just a 13 minute cycle ride from Wallsend town centre.
We welcome you to use the bike racks located on the Silverlink Point side of the park, near to Sofology.

Car Parking
Parking is free, so you can spend all day at Silverlink Shopping Park and with 900 spaces, you’ll never have to worry about finding somewhere to park. There are 40 dedicated car parking spots for Blue Badge Holders for easy access to stores.
Electrical Car Charging
Charge your electric vehicle while you are shopping at Silverlink Shopping Centre in one of our electric charging bays. These can be found near the Entrance of Silverlink Point.
Please check the Pod Point app for fees. The Pod Point app can be downloaded via The App Store or Google Play.
Baby Changing
M&S offer a baby changing service to their customers.
Customer Toilets
Customer and accessible toilets are available in some of our stores, these include: M&S, Next and McDonald’s.
Click & Collect
Silverlink Shopping Park has a Click & Collect, so you can shop online and pick up your purchases from a selection of our stores including Next, Outfit and M&S.

Defibrillators
Silverlink Shopping Park has two defibrillators onsite. One can be found next to the security cabin, with the other outside of the emergency exit next to Harvey’s at Silverlink Point.
A defibrillator is a device that can restart the heart of someone who is in cardiac arrest. You don’t need to be trained to use a defibrillator – anyone can use it. If required, each defibrillator displays clear instructions and voice prompts are activated when in use.
A passcode is required to access the defibrillator, guidance on how to obtain this is included on the instructions.
Bike Racks
We welcome you to use the bike racks located on the Silverlink Point side of the park, near to Sofology.
