Ocean Retail Park is 0.5 miles west of the A2030 main north/south route serving the island and two miles south of the A27 south coast arterial trunk road, which leads off from the M27. There are over 600 spaces in the for cars with over 20 being designated Blue Badge Holder spots for easy access to stores.

Ocean Retail Park is served by regular bus services from the town centre. The ‘21’ service operated by Stagecoach travels into Copythorn Road which is just a 10 minute walk from Ocean Retail Park.

By bike
The retail park is just a short diversion off the Tipner Armed Forces Memorial Loop from Cosham and the Langstone Harbour Farlington Marshes Loops from Fratton. For more information on these routes use the link here. The centre is just an 11 minute cycle ride from Portsmouth town centre.
There are bicycle racks located outside of Costa Coffee within the retail park.

Parking
Parking is free, so you can spend all day at Ocean Retail Park and with 600 spaces, you’ll never have to worry about finding somewhere to park. There are 20+ parking spots available for Blue Badge Holders for easy access to stores.

Electrical Car Charging
Charge your electric vehicle while you are shopping at Ocean Retail Park in one of our electric charging bays. These can be found near Marks and Spencer Food Hall.

Click & Collect

Defibrillator
Ocean Retail Park has one defibrillator onsite and can be found on the rear of the customer service cabin to the front of the park.
A defibrillator is a device that can restart the heart of someone who is in cardiac arrest. You don’t need to be trained to use a defibrillator – anyone can use it. If required, each defibrillator displays clear instructions and voice prompts are activated when in use.
A passcode is required to access the defibrillator, guidance on how to obtain this is included on the instructions.

We welcome you to use the bike racks located at Ocean Retail Park, next to Costa.
